Configure Razyyn safely

Open Razyyn AI → Agent Settings as an administrator. Sign in, then choose Connect or 1-Click Connect. The app creates or links a dedicated ERP user and stores the connection securely. Use Test Connection if Odoo shows it.

Use Custom Instructions for the rules Razyyn should remember: reporting currency, cost-center defaults, approval levels, inventory method, tax treatment and the words your team uses. Write short, direct rules. Do not paste passwords or secret keys here.

Example company instructions

Use EGP as the reporting currency. Use the Main cost center unless the document names another one. Never post to Retained Earnings. Ask for approval before every write. Explain tax differences in simple Arabic and English.

ERP roles and user permissions are the first gate. Give the agent user only the companies, documents and accounts it needs. Start with read access, test real questions, then add create rights only when needed.

The Write Policy is the second gate. Keep Enable Agent Writes off at first. Turn on Dry Run to validate without saving, keep Require Human Approval on, limit allowed document types/models and companies, block sensitive accounts, and set amount, document-count and date limits.

Open Messaging Channels. Each channel is off until an administrator enables it. Email uses your SMTP mailbox. Telegram and Slack use bot tokens plus an allowed destination list. Tokens and passwords are encrypted, and Razyyn can only send to saved destinations.

Write Logs show every proposed, accepted or refused ERP write. Message Logs show delivery status and the provider message ID. Review these logs during rollout. Then open Chat and start with a read-only question.
