RazyynFinance data stays in your ERP
Ledgers, invoices, uploaded finance files, generated files and full chat history remain in the ERP you control.
Razyyn is designed to work with finance data without creating another finance database outside your ERP.
No separate chat archive
Razyyn does not keep another copy of your conversations. Your team returns to its history inside ERPNext or Odoo.
Credentials are encrypted
Connection credentials are encrypted in the Razyyn database and are not exposed as plain text.
Read-only by default
Connecting does not give the agent business permissions. An administrator chooses the ERP roles, companies and records it may access.
Two gates protect writes
A write must pass both ERP user permissions and the Razyyn Write Policy. Limits can cover models, accounts, companies, dates, values and batch size.
People can approve every change
Human approval can be required before saving. Write and message logs inside the ERP record accepted, refused and delivered actions.
