What it does with your books, plainly.

Only Create writes

Ask, Analyse, and Audit have read-only access to your ERPNext data. Create can post an entry, but a named person approves the exact payload first — see the Create page for the full flow.

Your login, not a new one

The Frappe app authenticates through the ERPNext user you already are — there's no separate Razyyn account or password to manage.

Encrypted, not plain text

Login information is encrypted at rest, not stored as plain text.

Large data is chunked, not dumped

Ask and Analyse profile and paginate big ledgers before anything is sent onward, so a single request generally carries a page of your data, not the whole file.

Untrusted content stays fenced

Bank narratives, invoice text, and anything else that originates outside your organization is handled as data, never as an instruction — the same discipline Reconcile relies on for its comparisons.

We're early

This is a small operation, not a certified enterprise vendor yet, and there's no formal data processing agreement drawn up. If your organization needs one before connecting, say so when you request access.

For how long data is kept and who's responsible for it, see Privacy.
