This Privacy Policy explains how Razyyn AI handles data while working with your ERP.
1. No permanent financial-data retention
We do not permanently store or retain your accounting records, invoices, ledgers or other financial data on our servers. Data used while carrying out a request is processed only to complete that task and is deleted when processing is complete.
2. Chat history stays in your ERP
Conversation history, user interactions and agent audit trails are stored exclusively in your own ERPNext or Odoo system, under your organization’s control and governance. We do not maintain a separate copy of your chat history.
3. Encrypted connection credentials
The API keys and connection credentials required to connect Razyyn AI to your ERP are encrypted in the Razyyn database. They are protected from plaintext exposure and access is restricted to the systems that need them to provide the Service.
4. You control read and write access
Razyyn AI operates in read-only mode by default, so it can answer questions, audit and analyze without changing your records. It cannot create, update or post records or journal entries unless an authorized administrator explicitly grants and configures write permissions inside the ERP.
5. Zero model training
Your financial data, transactions, documents and business ledgers are never used to train, retrain or fine-tune public or private AI models.
