By installing, configuring or using Razyyn AI (the “Service” or “Application”) with your ERP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service and no professional advice
Razyyn AI is an automated operational tool designed to process, analyze and draft financial workflows. It does not provide certified legal, tax, investment or accounting advice and does not act as a CPA, statutory auditor or financial fiduciary. All calculations, reconciliations, classifications, recommendations and other outputs are drafts. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying their mathematical and regulatory accuracy and for approving financial records before taking any business or legal action.
2. Human approval and responsibility for posted documents
The Service supports human-in-the-loop approval. A transaction, journal entry, invoice or other document submitted or permanently posted to your ERP is executed under your authorization or the system permissions granted by your administrators. You assume responsibility for posted transactions, tax filings, financial statements and later ledger changes made through the Service.
3. Credentials and role-based access
You are responsible for generating, managing and securing the API keys, user secrets and access tokens used to connect Razyyn AI to your ERP. You must apply suitable role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege. Razyyn AI is not responsible for unauthorized access, record changes, schema changes or data deletion caused by excessive permissions or compromised credentials in your infrastructure.
4. “As is” service and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Although Razyyn AI uses multiple safeguards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output or complete protection from AI model edge cases or inaccurate output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razyyn AI, its developers and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or operational damages, including lost profit, tax penalties, audit adjustments, data corruption or business interruption. Our total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Acceptable use, suspension and termination
You may not use the Service to facilitate, conceal or carry out tax evasion, money laundering, fraudulent bookkeeping or any activity that violates financial laws or regulations. Attempts to bypass safeguards, conduct prompt-injection attacks, reverse-engineer proprietary agent logic or compromise the infrastructure may result in immediate API-key revocation and termination without notice or refund. Razyyn AI may immediately suspend or terminate integration endpoints when it detects unauthorized exploitation, malicious traffic or structural abuse.
