Check access and make a backup
You need access to the Odoo server, the database name, an administrator login and a current database backup. Ask your hosting provider if it controls custom modules.
Get the module for your version
Use the Razyyn package made for your exact Odoo version. Odoo 17 uses the linked source repository. For Odoo 18, use the Odoo 18 package supplied with your Razyyn release; do not install the Odoo 17 folder on Odoo 18.
Put the module in an addons folder
Copy the razyyn_ai folder into a directory already listed in addons_path, then restart Odoo. Your server administrator can confirm that directory.
# Example only: use your real custom-addons path
cp -r razyyn_ai /path/to/odoo/custom-addons/
# Confirm that custom-addons is present in addons_path, then restart OdooInstall the module
Install from the Apps screen after updating the Apps List, or use the server command below. Replace your_db with your database name.
./odoo-bin -d your_db -i razyyn_ai --stop-after-init
# Start Odoo normally after the command finishesSign in and connect
Open Razyyn AI → Agent Settings. Click 1-Click Connect, then sign in or create your account from the Razyyn chat.
Set safe permissions
The agent is read-only until recording is enabled. Review its Odoo user access, allowed companies and Write Governance Policy before allowing writes.
Send your first message
Open Razyyn AI → Chat and ask: “Which invoices are overdue today?” Your chat is saved in Odoo.
