Open Razyyn AI → Razyyn AI Models → Connections. Set Custom Instructions on the connection record and save it. Include your company, reporting currency, tax jurisdiction, approval thresholds and accounting conventions.
Example: Use the Main cost center unless a document specifies another. Explain tax assumptions. Ask for approval before recording any entry.Grant ERP access deliberately
Open the dedicated [email protected] user in Settings → Users. Connection gives it Razyyn user and manager groups and, if installed, Odoo's Accountant group. Review its groups, companies and record access; reduce or extend them according to your intended tasks.
Review the Write Policy
Open Razyyn AI → Razyyn AI Models → Write Policy. Connect switches on Enable Agent Writes if it was off, while Allow Agent Recording stays off. Review Require Human Approval, Dry Run Only, allowed models and companies, blocked accounts, amount and batch limits, and posting dates before enabling recording.
Set the policy fields
- Keep Require Human Approval on. It defaults to on and asks a person to approve a proposed write.
- Use Dry Run Only to validate without saving during rollout. It defaults to off.
- Turn on Restrict to Listed Models for a strict model allowlist, then select the Allowed Models. The restriction defaults to off.
- Use Allowed Companies and Blocked Accounts to constrain the scope. Review the agent user's company access as well.
- Set Max Amount Per Document, Max Daily Amount and Max Documents Per Batch in the Financial & Date Caps section. Zero does not add an amount or count cap.
- Set Earliest Posting Date and Latest Posting Date to keep proposed entries inside your permitted accounting period.
Keep the first test read-only
Leave Recording Enabled / Allow Agent Recording off while testing chat. When you later need entries, enable the recording switch only after checking the policy and ERP user permissions. The ERP user, policy and recording switch all affect whether a write can complete.
Optional messaging
For email, Telegram or Slack, open Razyyn AI → Razyyn AI Models → Messaging Channels. Configure the credentials and allowed destinations in the channel's tab, then enable and test that channel. Review Message Logs for delivery status.
