Ask is for the direct question — "what did we bill Acme last month," "are we waiting on any invoices." It answers in plain language, pulled straight from your ERPNext data, not a guess dressed up as confidence.
If a query errors or comes back empty, Ask says so plainly. It doesn't substitute a plausible-looking number for a real one — that rule sits above every other instruction it follows.
Not every question is Ask's to answer — it knows which desk is which.
