Connect your ERP

Link your Frappe site to the Razyyn platform without copying API secrets by hand.

These steps are checked against the current app source for this ERP version. Replace example paths, site names and database names with your own values.

Open your Agent Settings

In the Frappe Awesomebar, open Agent Settings. Use a System Manager account. Your account session from the chat is used to register this site.

Connect

Find the Creator Agent — Recording Access card and click Connect. Razyyn provisions the dedicated [email protected] user and registers the site's URL and credentials with the platform. The credentials do not appear in the browser.

Check the connection badge

The card should show Connected — not recording. The Recording Enabled switch remains off. On a fresh setup, Connect also tries to enable Agent Write Policy; this alone does not enable recording.

If your site is behind a proxy

The platform must be able to reach the public Frappe URL. If Frappe reports an internal or wrong URL, set accountant_agent_public_url in the site's configuration to the externally reachable HTTPS origin, then reconnect. Do not include the /app/agent-chat path.
