Connect your ERP

Link your Odoo database to the Razyyn platform without copying API secrets by hand.

These steps are checked against the current app source for this ERP version. Replace example paths, site names and database names with your own values.

Open Connections

Use an Odoo administrator with the Razyyn AI Manager group. Go to Razyyn AI → Razyyn AI Models → Connections. Open the connection record for your Odoo user.

Connect

Click 1-Click Connect. The module provisions the dedicated [email protected] user and registers the Odoo database with the Razyyn platform through your signed-in session.

Verify the handshake

Read the notification from the Connect action and click Test Connection. The connection should show Connected (Read Only). Connect also enables the local Write Policy if it was off; Allow Agent Recording stays off. A warning or failed test means the platform could not verify your Odoo URL or credentials; resolve it before continuing.

Check the public URL

In Connections, check ERP Base URL. The connection service uses Odoo's web.base.url unless the razyyn_ai.public_url system parameter overrides it. The platform must reach that URL over HTTPS. If a reverse proxy exposes a different address, open Settings → Technical → Parameters → System Parameters, correct web.base.url or add razyyn_ai.public_url with the external HTTPS origin, then test again.
