Open a new chat
Return to /app/agent-chat. Confirm the composer is visible and your account is signed in.
Ask a question about data you know exists
Start with a specific, read-only question about your own books. For example, choose a real customer or a month with posted invoices. This makes the answer easy to verify.
Show the posted sales invoices for this month, with customer, date and total.Read and verify the response
Wait for the streamed response to finish. Compare at least one returned record with the ERP's native invoice list. If Razyyn asks for a company, date range or another detail, reply in the same conversation.
Confirm history
Refresh the chat page and reopen the conversation. The prior messages should still appear in the chat history.
Before continuingIf there are no matching invoices, try a known document or ask which companies are available. A blank result may be genuine; check the ERP user permissions before assuming a connection failure.
